People keep asking for marketing and distribution tips.
(I read all your replies to last week’s newsletter!)
So here's the playbook I'd follow if I was starting from zero tomorrow, based on everything I've learned building SuperX and interviewing founders on the podcast.
1. Build one free tool that ranks on Google.
I shipped a free Twitter bio generator on SuperX built from our actual user data.
It started ranking within weeks.

And now, our SEO is compounding like crazy, and I’m starting to see the first referrals directly from LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude.

This works because it solves a tiny problem in SuperX’s niche.
It’s a customer acquisition channel that works while you do literally nothing.
2. Turn your customers into your marketing team.
Toni from SlapMac offered full refunds to anyone whose reel about his app hit 20k views.

In total it cost him maybe 10 refunds.
But it got him 50 million views.
You don't need an affiliate programme, just give people a reason to share your thing without being asked.
3. Give before you ask.
Romàn from Gojiberry (now at over $300k/month) never asks for demos in cold emails.
He offers a free blueprint instead.

People reply "yes," he sends it, and inside there's a demo link.
By the time they click it, they've already decided to trust him.
And he gets at least 500 replies a month doing this.
Same principle works on X, in DMs, everywhere.
When you lead with value, the sales will follow.
4. Attach yourself to whatever's trending.
Nevo changed his homepage to mention AI agents because that's what everyone's searching for right now.

His posts rarely get fewer than 100k views, but he’s now at over $150k/month.
If your product can ride the current wave, your content travels significantly further than it would on its own.
(If you follow me on X, you will have seen me doing this with Fable recently. As a result, my analytics have exploded, and so has SuperX’s revenue)

That's it, 4 moves that don’t involve ads.
Question for you: which of these have you tried, and which haven't you? And while you're replying, let me know what you want me to cover more of. I'm genuinely building this around what you want to read.
See you next Tuesday.
You've got this.
